Credit Card Payments are Only Accepted Through Paypal.com, a Secure Online Payment Gateway.
"Add to Cart" buttons are provided on each piece in our website for easy ordering and payment through Paypal.

We also accept Checks (US only), Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Returned Checks are Subject to a $35 Fee. Payments Made with Money Orders or Credit Cards Will be Shipped Within 2 Business Days.

Payments Made by Check Will be Sent Within 2 Business Days of the Funds Clearing Which Could Take Up to Ten (10) business days.

To make an order that you wish to pay by Money Order, Check or Cashiers Check, please go to the "Contact Us" page here on our website and send us a message with all your contact information as well as the exact pieces you would like to order. We will then send you an order confirmation email that will include the total amount due that you will need to send to the address above.

Shipping/Handling:

All Shipping Charges Will Be Automatically Calculated During The Checkout Process.

For US customers: All items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your shipment to arrive in about 5-7 days after receipt of your payment clearing.

Outside US: All items will be shipped by USPS Registered First Class Mail, you can expect your shipment within 2-3 weeks.

We are not responsible for transit time. We are not responsible for duty fees, import fees or taxes charged by your country. If you have any questions please contact your local customs agent.

Returns and Exchanges:

30-Day Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. Therefore, you can be sure you made the right decision.

If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. No return will be honored after the 30 days.

Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

How To Prepare A Return

To return a jewelry item to Jena Lee, follow our three step process:

Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. A copy of the invoice must be included in your package. If your item was delivered with a certificate and that certificate is not returned, your item will be refused.
Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Jena Lee.

Notes:

- Items must be in original box and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used.
- FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
